YourKhata is designed to work offline. The app stores ordinary records locally on the user's device using device storage.

Information Stored On Device

Customer names and contact details entered by the user
Khata transaction records
Batwa income and expense records
Profile and settings information
App-lock state, PIN-related state, and biometric preference state

Backend And Data Transmission

The analyzed application has no backend server and no Firebase, Supabase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, analytics, or advertising SDK integration. Financial records are not transmitted to the developer by the analyzed app code.

Data Sale

The developer does not sell user data.

Local Data And Uninstalling

Because records are stored locally, uninstalling YourKhata may remove local records. Users should keep their own backups of important records.

Android Backup Behavior

The Android manifest is configured with android:allowBackup="false" and data extraction exclusions for local app data. This is intended to reduce cloud backup and device-transfer exposure for local financial records.
